We drove to California on a Saturday night. We ended up getting in pretty late so the fun really didn’t start until Sunday the 21. We woke up early and headed over to Disneyland. It rained on us a bit right after we got there. It didn’t last long though.
The first two rides we went on was, finding Nemo and Space Mountain. Cali is crazy for roller coasters which mad this trip so great for us… Which is kind of ironic because my first roller coaster was space mountain at about 5 or 6 years old. I cried and screamed “I don’t want to die” to my dad as we were nearing the front of the line
Cali’s favorite ride of the day was thunder mountain. She put her hands up and screamed with joy the whole time…
We also took the little girls to meet the princess’s
After the first round of princess’s Grandpa decided to buy them each a real princess dress from Disneyland, and autograph books. It was so sweet of him and the girls were over the moon about it They each picked different ones. Cali chose Aurora, Sydney picked Belle and Hailey Snow White.
More pictures of day one….
Overall It was a pretty great day!

so fun!
Looks wonderful, and it also looks wonderful to see Jan there. She must really be improving if she can do Disneyland! There's not much that's more wearying than that. (Or more fun!!)
=)
Looks like so much fun!! and I'm so sad we never met up. One day...
Love you guys.
SO MUCH FUN! you're right; Cali's face is PURE JOY! I love those kids!! And you too, of course!
FUN!!!! We're going to Disneyworld in September and I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!
I loved doing Disneyland with you and no offense especially Cali. Cali brought so much joy with all her excitement and fearless attitude. It really rubbed off on the twins and they were much more willing to try stuff too! I am sooo glad she is my niece because I adore her.
Looks like you guys had an awesome time Lisa. :) I haven't been to Disneyland since summer 94' or maybe it was 96', but it's been forever.
Glad you got to go. I think it's magical no matter what age you go. And I love Space Mountain. :)
